Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ct9990 ("ct9990", "we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the ct9990 website, mobile site, and all associated gaming and betting services available at ct9990.ws.

ct9990 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the ct9990 platform are processed in PKR unless otherwise specified.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the ct9990 platform:

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ct9990:

PSL match settlements are based on official match results as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the relevant tournament authority.

Intellectual Property

• You have provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• You have engaged in or facilitated any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Your account activity raises concerns under ct9990's AML or responsible gaming obligations;
• Continued operation of your account would expose ct9990 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• You are or have become ineligible to use the ct9990 platform under Section 2.

Upon closure of your account, any withdrawable real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal eligibility criteria) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
